What Does a CDC Do?
School To Career (STC) Initiatives
School-to-Career (STC) initiatives prepare students to make knowledgeable career choices through academic studies, work-based learning and project-based learning. The Crossroads FLEX Business Advisory Board (BAB) supports school-to-career initiatives at the high school by linking students to the business community in an effort to offer real-world connections which help students make informed decisions for post high school planning. The STC Mission is to graduate our future leaders college, career, and citizenship ready.
